Personal Training sessions incorporate weight training and cardio/boot camp style.
Depending on your level of fitness will determine the intensity of training. I will weigh and take measurements weekly to track your progress. I will make recommendations for your diet but it's really a lifestyle change. As long as you're motivated you can achieve any goal with your body.

1 Session  = $30

2 Sessions = $50

3 Sessions = $60

8 Sessions = $200 

12 Sessions = $220

20 Sessions = $320
